About Our Facility
This care setting provides an intermediate level of care for residents who cannot safely live independently, but do not yet need around-the-clock skilled nursing services like those provided in a nursing home.
Personalized Care
You will feel confident that you or your loved one is benefiting from a supportive, loving lifestyle while receiving the utmost in care. All of the caregivers at The Carbon Group's Assisted Living communities are CNAs or have had extensive experience in caring for the elderly.
You can rest assured that care needs are being met as we prepare and implement care plans for all residents. You can be confident that they receive their medications because we utilize the sophisticated OPUS medication management system to help assure that all residents receive each and every dose of their medication.
Our accommodations range from semi-private to private rooms with private baths, all with large sunny windows.
We provide three delicious home-cooked meals and snacks each day and can accommodate all dietary needs. And they stay active. We have a full-time activity director who tailors activities to individual resident’s preferences.
At night there is a minimum of two caregiver at all times, who check on the residents, unless requested otherwise. There is a 24-hour emergency call system in all rooms which is linked to caregiver pagers. The facility security, fire alarm, and sprinkler system are directly monitored via dedicated phone lines by an independent agency.
